  <title>Does cake colour matter?</title>

  <description>I&apos;ve noticed a wide range of colours in new sheng cakes.  Some are an almost silvery light green (not just the silver-bud cakes) whereas others are an almost brown olive-green.  Does the colour reveal anything about quality?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cameron</description>
